The Sydney Go Club will hold a 13 x 13 tournament at the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club on Sunday, 24th May 2026. We are excited to host our first 13x13 tournament. The use of a smaller board will lead to faster-paced games with a focus on fighting, bringing to mind the phrase “a knife fight in a telephone box”. Don't miss out.

The Sydney Go Club is proud to announce the 2026 NSW Go Championships will be held at the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club, 117, Ryedale Road, West Ryde on Sunday 5th July 2026.  The event is open to all Go players but because of space limitations there is a limit of 50 players. The entry fee is $40 with registration closing at 5:00pm, Saturday 4th July.

The 2026 Korean Ambassador’s Cup Go Championships (KAC), one of the top tournaments in the Australian Go Calendar will be held at the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club, 117, Ryedale Road, West Ryde on Sunday 23rd August.

The 2026 Top Town Cup is a prestigious Go/Weiqi tournament that will be held at the Top Town Restaurant, 5th floor of the Mandarin Centre, 65 Albert Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia on Sunday 4th October. The event will start at 10:00am with entry from 9:45am. The event is open to all Go/Weiqi players and the match divisions will be determined by the number of entrants.
