2021 AGA AGM documents
The 2021 AGM will be held at 7:00pm Friday 29th October using Zoom teleconferencing and email voting. This is in-line with the Covid-19 pandemic provisions of the NSW DFT.
People wishing to attend and raise proposals must join the Zoom meeting. The Zoom meeting details are in the Notice of Meeting in the 2021 AGA AGM documents zip file. People who wish to vote via email may do so using the agenda and ballot form in the 2021 AGA AGM documents zip file.
All members are encouraged to attend and vote on the following matters at the meeting. If that is not possible, we encourage you to use the ballot paper in the 2021 AGA AGM Notice of Meeting in the AGM Agenda documents. You must then email your ballot paper to Secretary@AustralianGo.asn.au to arrive no later than 5:00pm, Thursday 28th October 2021.

Note: Only current AGA members are permitted to vote at the AGM. All people attending the Zoom meeting will be required to supply your AGA membership number.
